Tasks.app is a free, open-source task management application designed to be a simple alternative to Trello. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

To use Tasks.app, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You are allowed to use Tasks.app for any lawful purpose. You must not:

Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activities
Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform's functionality
Engage in abusive use of our services, including but not limited to excessive use of resources

We reserve the right to ban users permanently, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or abusive use of our services.

5. Free Tier Commitment

Tasks.app will always offer a free tier of service. While we may introduce premium features in the future, the basic functionality will remain free to users.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Tasks.app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

7. Data and Privacy

By using Tasks.app, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We take privacy seriously and commit not to sell your data to third parties. We will only disclose information if required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tasks.app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the service will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You agree to use the service at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uberlândia, MG, Brazil. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Uberlândia, MG, Brazil.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
